Top 5 shoes every woman should own—heels

Yesterday I raved about flats. Today I’m going in the opposite direction. My number four favorite shoe is heels.

Heels are one of the most amazing shoe inventions ever. Maybe it’s just me, but I automatically feel more girly, more confident in a nice pair of heels.

The great thing about heels is that they’re so versatile. They’re perfect for dressing up jeans for a night out (just make sure your jeans are long enough), and of course they look great with a dress or skirt. You can easily take an outfit, like a summertime sundress, from day to night just by switching up your shoes.

While there is no shortage of beautiful heels out there, in my opinion there’s no doubt that some of the best heels on the market are made by Jessica Simpson. Her shoes never cease to amaze me with how beautiful, intricately designed, and well-priced they are. They are sold at Macy’s, among other department stores, but I’m most fond of the selection at TJ Maxx. The TJ Maxx located at Highlands Ranch Pkwy and University Blvd has an excellent assortment of JS shoes in all styles and their prices can’t be beat (I just found a pair on clearance for 20 dollars…not bad).
