Pros: Quiet, clean, responsive maintenance
Cons: Roaches in the basement, elevators would break a lot

Pros: beautiful, safe, clean, close to every subway
Cons: no neighborhood, very expensive

Pros: Building is well taken care of by management… Apts are nice, neighborhood can’t be beat
Cons: previous super was great but the new super (who just started in Nov 2011 is a petty asshole)
