This year the fitness industry has been pumping out more home workouts then ever. With everyone doing more it just makes sense to save time and money, and workout at home.
For most of us, we feel more relaxed working out on our time, in what we want to wear, and getting our sweat on in our home not in a crowded gym. But deciding on which workout is best can be confusing, with titles like “extreme” and “ripped” who knows what you will get.
