So, I think I mentioned in an earlier post that I have become semi obsessed with old fashioned calorie counting. That being said, I am constantly on the look out for snacks that offer large serving sizes but are low in calorie. Here is my list of the top 5 snack must haves in my kitchen today.
1) Grapes - 50 grapes/150 calories;
2) Gluten Free Pretzels - 24 pretzels/120 calories;
3) Guiltless Black Bean Tortilla Chips - 18 chips/120 calories;
4) Wasa Crackerbread + Skinny Cow Spreadable Cheese - 3 slices/70 calories + 1 Cheese Wedge/ 35 calories; and
5) Lentil Chips - 22 Chips/110 calories.
