With all the great things man has built into modern sports cars, let's take a few moments to observe the failed attempts at creating the less deserved. These failed goblins of the automotive industry shall to have their place despite their lack of exterior kinship. Ugly they may be, but in the heart of every car is a unique personality. Some might say these cars are ugly, while others may find them attractive. For example, the Subaru Baja is listed as one of ugliest vehicles ever built. Another vehicle deemed ugly that I disagree with would be the Pontiac Aztek. Both of these vehicles are purpose built for outdoor life, and thus their utilitarian appearance. Never the less, most of the following vehicles are indeed extremely lame.

What exactly makes these cars, the ugliest out of the pack? Is there really a line between beauty and beast in the automotive world? No matter the type of vehicle, you can always find someone who enjoys it. Take a look at several of these vehicles listed you'll find that most of them are utilitarian based. They are purpose built for one reason, and it makes them different. Niche satisfaction is a big concern in automotive marketing and production. There has been a decline in radically designed vehicles since the economy took a turn for the worse. Sure the personal transports are cool, and the wild transport bubbles inspire futuristic odyssey; but these vehicles are more like gifts from the big auto manufacturers. They don't really make much money, and they are seen as a waste of time. The future is still bright for odd and ugly cars, as the green movement is inspiring radical designs once again.

anyway... back to the subject.. regarding the above list, there are too cars that i dont agree to be put here... 1) the nissan cube, maybe the style doesnt seems appealing to the mogority... but last summer i bought one for my son (who is in university)and this car is way too mauch cool as he said, besides, its a propoer alternative to the aging scion... 2) The Aston Martin Lagonda.. come on guys.. its a classic and one legendary car..
I agree alot with Manuk... I drive a tribeca (subaru) and i am looking forward to see the latest model... very nice and good looking car..
