Unbeknownst to most Southerners, the Northeast has pretty disgusting weather all year long. If it's not hot and humid, it's dumping snow or freezing rain on everyone. Baltimore took the hot and humid option, and it left many opportunities for sunburn, dehydration, and fatigue while viewing the headliners outside. This couldn't be helped, of course, but it is telling when even fans from Texas were overwhelmed. Hats, sunblock, and plenty of bottled water were the only means of defense.
