Sea greens are dripping with nutrients and help to re-mineralize your body with nutrients you may be lacking. Your body needs these minerals to get usable nutrients for structural building; it’s not just children who gain from vitamins and minerals. Ounce for ounce seaweeds are the richest sources for vegetable protein, and full spectrum concentrations of beta carotene, chlorophyll, enzymes, amino acids, fiber, and octacosonal for tissue oxygenation. Seaweeds are an excellent source to build up the immune system against fungus (candida albicans) in the body.

1. Kelp contains vitamins A,B, C,E,D, and K. Kelp protein is comparable to animal proteins. Kelp’s sodium helps remove radioactive particles and heavy metals from the body. Algin, carrageenan and ager are kelp gels that rejuvenate gastrointestinal health. Kelp is a blood purifier, relives sinus stuffiness and promotes, adrenal, thyroid and pituitary health. 10. Irish moss full of electrolyte minerals, calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. Its mucilaginous compounds detoxify, boost metabolism, strengthen hair and nails and is used traditionally for low sex drive.
