With Valentine's Day fast approaching, and the airlines practically begging for your business, this is the perfect time to combine romance and travel. TripAdvisor, who recently announced the Top 10 Dirtiest Hotels in the U.S. and elsewhere, and the Top 10 Airline Passengers from Hell has mellowed out considerably. Their latest offering announced on February 3, Top 10 Romantic Destinations, will turn frowns into smiles.
For those preferring to "See America First", or just scared out of their wits fly after reading recent dispatches from the Airlines/Airport Examiner, this list may be made to order for your particular needs.
Seven of the 10 top picks are in the U.S., two are in Europe, and one is close offshore.

Hey, lover boy, i never knew you were such a romantic. But Las Vegas, they have got to be kidding. Yuk. Where's San Francisco, NYC and of course, Valentine Nebraska. What do they know? Fun reading, though.

They should have added Santa Fe. It's a very romantic city with lots of Valentine's Day options.
Napa is gorgeous, but nothing beats Sonoma...Fantastic list though...who would have thought that travelers preferred Arizona to Paris!
