Cheers also go to the overall organization of the Maryland Deathfest, mainly in regard to the effective stage management that ensured bands started and finished on time. There were a few unavoidable hiccups, but considering the city-wide noise curfew at 11pm, time management on the outdoor stage was crucial to ensure all headliners got their due. This is the kind of thing that can make or break a festival, and thankfully this consideration fell under the “make” column.
