How is Resident Evil 4 not on this list? I believe the PS2 version alone sold more than Resident Evil 1. According to VG Chartz RE4 sold 6.17 million copies across all of it's released platforms. Are you sure this article is accurate?

Ah scratch that last comment. I guess if capcom is saying what the top 10 is then maybe VG Chartz is wrong? I don't know, numbers are screwy.

I feel like a douche for commenting a third time this morning but I have figured it out and this list you compiled is somewhat inaccurate. And likewise Capcoms list is inaccurate depending on how you view the list. Each game on the list also lists a specific console. You see SF2 sold X amount of units for the SNES but you don't see the Genesis version. You see RE5 for the 360/PS3 on there because they are essentially the same game and came out at the same time. So if you add all versions of RE4 together because they are essentially the same game (despite being released at different times) and even the same can go for Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions Capcoms compilation could be quite a bit different.
