Too much of one vitamin

It is a good idea to get all your nutrients and daily dosage of vitamins, but it is very easy with everything that is out there, to get too much of one or two vitamins.

Frank was a guy who enjoyed working out and started getting involved in taking vitamins. One day, after drinking ginseng drinks and taking protein powder along with vitamin drinks, he started to get really sick. After a trip to some friends houses, he finally made his way up to the Newmarket hospital to find out what was going on. They took some tests and realized that he had too much vitamin c in his system. They told him to not drink so many vitamin drinks and energy drinks at the same time. Just have one a day. Frank and his friends laughed about it after and he realized that he did drink too many energy drinks and vitamin drinks at one time. A good lesson learned and a true story.

Do everything in moderation with a few restrictions. You may start slowly and work extra vitamins into your diet. If you want to start taking protein, it is best to go to a shop in Toronto that sells protein powder and get something that is natural. Do not overdo it. Work it into your system.
