When asked by show host Gina Begley what she thought about Tate commenting on her penchant for getting distracted during fights, Evinger responded with shocking honesty.
Evinger jokingly said that Tate has a crush on her and that she doesn't really care what the UFC star has to say about her.
"Miesha and I know each other real well. I hate the b**ch and she is secretly in love with me," Evinger said of Tate. "I can tell just the way she looks at me and all that s***. She can't leave me alone, you know what I mean? I know she has a big crush, but we're never getting together. I'm not into her, you know? She's disgusting. No I don't know. I don't care what she says."
Evinger has disliked Tate for years, as confirmed in a Middle Easy report from 2011. Apparently not much has changed in the two years since that article was published.
"She's got her nose in everyone's business, so I think it's f**ked up to say since I hadn't even fought yet, it's already dropping her little seed in Dana's ear," Evinger said. "I'm going to knee her in the c**ter for that one, you know what I mean? I'm going to knee her or something really hot. I'm going to go crazy. I've been wanting to fight her for a long time. That would be a great fight."
Evinger added that Tate is friends with one of her past love interests, so she thinks maybe that is where "Cupcake" gets the inside scoop from about her fighting style.
"She's friends with one of my ex's so apparently she knows every single thing about me. But she knows everything about everyone else in the sport, so Miesha digs her own grave everywhere," Evinger added. "I have always not liked her and I'll continue to not like her, so she can say whatever she wants."
Evinger is set to fight Kelly Kobold on the upcoming Invicta FC card, on Dec. 7 in Kansas City, Missouri. As for Tate, she's slated to fight Ronda Rousey on Dec. 28.
At present time, it's a long-shot for Evinger and Tate to ever meet inside the cage, being they compete for rival promotions. A lot can change though in a short period of time when it comes to MMA, so fight fans will be hopeful they'll be able to settle their dispute with fisticuffs in the new year.
