According to reports, Tony Parker has filed his own divorce papers in Texas, countering wife, Eva Longoria’s filing from early this week. Longoria filed her divorce papers in Los Angeles, California citing irreconcilable differences. Parker filed his divorce papers in Bexar County, Texas where divorces can be handled in as little as 60 days.

Parker’s reason for divorce, “The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

The couple reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement though in Parker’s papers this information was not mentioned as well as it states “Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate.” The word ‘will’ rather than ‘have’ is causing the stir along with Tony's, “Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ...”

It was reported earlier that Longoria filed for divorce after learning Parker had allegedly been cheating with teammate Brent Barry’s wife, Erin Barry. A source later claims that Tony Parker and Erin Barry never had a sexual relationship though they had reportedly been sending sexual text messages to each other; neither has been confirmed by either party.
