Tony Nominations Include Three Virginians

The nominations for the 68th Tony Awards were announced Tuesday morning in Manhattan.

Leading the pack with 10 nominations was A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, followed closely by Hedwig and the Angry Inch which received eight, including one for Neil Patrick Harris.

Virginians recognized with Tony nominations include: William & Mary alumni Michael Krass (Machinal), William Ivey Long (Bullets Over Broadway) and Alexandria native Reed Birney (Casa Valentina).
