Bringing the experience (and some of the features) from the old Shred or Die website, Tony partnered with the folks at YouTube, through his production company, 900 Films, and launched the new channel earlier this month.
It is definitely the new place to go for some of the best skateboarding-related content on the Internet. There is a wide surplus of shows: from interviews with skaters, artists and industry types to backyard sessions, photo and video tips, and even cash for tricks!
The new Ride channel will allow Tony and his crew to focus more on the content, without having to manage the nit grit of an entire site (as in ShredOrDie.com), according to this interview he and content producer Jesse Fritsch gave to ESPN.
Ride rolled out with 12 different shows and promises as much as 20 throughout the year, with as many as 4 new ones every day.
