Based on the narration of Tony Calvento on his official Facebook page seven hours ago, actor-TV host Vhong Navarro will meet his accuser face to face at the sala of Prosecutor Nilda Ordonio this morning, May 29, 2014 (Philippine time) or this evening, May 28, 2014 (U.S. time). As you all know, his former co-worker in the popular program Betty La Fea with Bea Alonzo some years ago, filed a rape complaint against him almost two months ago aside from the rape complaint filed by Roxanne Cabanero and Deniece Cornejo.

Deniece’s rape complaint has already been dismissed by the Department of Justice while Roxanne’s case is still not moving. Vhong already filed perjury case against Roxanne, Deniece Cornejo and several others involved in the incident due to their continued accusation against him.

The mauling of actor-TV host has become one of the hottest topics online when he narrated his fateful encounter with Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo, Bernice Lee, Zimmer Raz, Jed Fernandez, Jose Paolo Calma and Ferdinand Guerrero. Zimmer, Deniece and Cedric are already in jail while others are still at large and hiding the law.

In an interview with reporters following the arrest of Cedric and Zimmer, DOJ Sec. Leila De Lima convinced the remaining accused to surrender themselves to the proper authorities and prove their innocence in court, but despite her plea, some of the accused continued to hide. The three accused who are now in the hands of the authorities are wishing to be permanently detained at the NBI detention cell and ATCU in Camp Crame.

They are also requesting to post bail despite the fact that the serious illegal detention case filed by actor Vhong Navarro is a non-bailable offense. The court is still examining and weighing their petitions, in fact, Judge Paz Esperanza Cortez has already conducted an ocular inspection to determine whether the threats are true or not.
