Vhong Navarro's come back on It's Showtime, the very popular noontime variety show in the country which airs on ABS-CBN, is still one of the hottest topics in print and social media this morning, March 10, 2014.
Based on the figures presented by ABS-CBN News, the noontime show has defeated its rival Eat Bulaga, the longest-running noontime variety show in the Philippines, when Vhong appeared on the show last Saturday.
Undoubtedly, Vhong is well-loved by his supporters, but unfortunately, he still has to face two rape cases filed by Deniece Cornejo and Roxanne Cabanero.
And speaking of Roxanne, her lawyer, Atty. Virgilio Batalla, founding chairman of Lingap Pinoy Foundation Inc., a non-governmental organization that helps the poor, is claiming that his client is being harassed by Vhong Navarro.
In his latest interview with pep.ph, the good lawyer said the perjury case filed by Navarro is an evidence or a form of harassment against his client, Roxanne Cabanero.
Meanwhile, if atty. Batalla is claiming that his client is being harassed, Tony Calvento, a very brave and respected Filipino journalist, posted the Street Boys' affidavit on his official Facebook page.
Said affidavits confirmed that the actor-TV host was in Island Cove Resort and performed with Vice Ganda and Kean Cipriano last April 24, 2010 contrary to Roxanne's claim that she was sexually assaulted by Vhong during that night.
