Tony Bennett, Carrie Underwood performs ‘It Had to Be You’ at Grammys (photos)

Carrie Underwood got a dream job on Sunday night at the 54th Annual Grammys. The former American Idol winner got the chance to perform with Tony Bennett in front of a live studio audience at the Staples Center and it was a flawless performance. Taking the single from Bennett’s Duets II album the crowd that watched the live performance got to see the young and older singing generations come together in a heartwarming performance.

Calling Tony Bennett one of “the best new artist of all time,” Carrie Underwood didn’t mind having a legendary entertainer standing next to her for the performance. In perfect synch and bringing the beauty of the song to the stage, it was a moment to remember for the fans.

While the music was good, Carrie Underwood made a splash at the red carpet too. Sharing a gorgeous look with the fans, Underwood arrived wearing a stunning Gomez-Gracia white floor length gown with a single strap back. Keeping her hair up in a mini ponytail, the star had big earrings that framed her face. Having an effortless outfit, the entertainer didn’t seem to drop a sweat on a picture perfect outfit.
