Tonight Show Host Jimmy Fallon And Pierce Brosnan Play Goldeneye 007

Unless you've been living underneath a rock, then you know that The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon has become the talk of late night. As a former cast member of Saturday Night Live, Fallon may always be one of the guys who is not quite ready for prime time, but he has a nice cushy gig moving up from Late Night to take a position that has been occupied by the likes of Steve Allen, Jack Paar, famously by Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, and Leno (again).

The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon

Since making his debut as host on February 17, 2014, Jimmy Fallon has worked hard in making his show relevant for a younger demographic by having some of his segments become hit videos on the official Tonight Show YouTube channel. It started innocently enough when Fallon and first guest Will Smith did the "Evolution of Hip Hop Dancing", and he just seems to be upping himself as the months go by.

It's hard to forget Kevin Bacon's Footloose Entrance or Arnold Schwarzenegger telling Fallon to Get to the Chopper! or Emma Stone showing up the Tonight Show host in an Epic Lip Sync Battle.

And then there's NBC Nightly News host Brian Williams and his uncanny rapping ability.

Jimmy Fallon is pretty much making The Tonight Show appointment viewing so folks will have something to talk about when milled around the water cooler at work the following day. Because if you miss it the night before you're left retreating to YouTube to check out what you missed.

With Pierce Brosnan making a publicity stop in New York to promote his new film The November Man (set to open in theaters on August 27th, 2014), Fallon couldn't resist the opportunity of him fulfilling a childhood dream where he and the once double-oh-seven star would play against one another in Nintendo 64's first-person shooter GoldenEye 007.
