Staying up late tonight? Here is the list of special New Year's Eve programs;
WABC: "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" will feature performances by Carly Rae Jepsen, Neon Trees, Flo Rida and Pitbull, as well as Taylor Swift, the show's headliner, who goes on just before midnight.
The night will begin with a two-hour tribute, "New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebrates Dick Clark," hosted by Fergie and Jenny McCarthy. Then Seacrest takes over the countdown show at 10 p.m. EST.
Dick Clark had produced and hosted the annual ball-dropping event at New York's Times Square for four decades. He died earlier this year at the age of 82.
WNBC: "New Year's Eve With Carson Daly" on NBC at 10 p.m. EST will have performances by Train and "The Voice" winner Cassadee Pope. "The Voice" coaches Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine.
WNYW: "New Year's Eve Live! on Fox" from Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino will feature performances by "X Factor" season 2 winner Tate Stevens, Lifehouse and Carmen Electra.
WCBS: A prerecorded edition of "Late Show with David Letterman" will air starting at 11:35 p.m., however expect a live break-in for Times Square coverage as midnight approaches.
MTV: Ke$ha, Ne-Yo and Sean Kingston will perform at the event hosted by "The Jersey Shore's" Snooki and JWOWW.
