Tonight's new shows for Dec 13, 2013: Find out what to watch tonight

It’s Friday the 13th and there are plenty of new shows on TV tonight (Dec. 13, 2013) to scare up your attention. Let’s take a closer look at some of the more popular shows on the tube this evening.

Primetime on the major broadcast networks is packed. ABC gives us new episodes of “Last Man Standing” and “The Neighbors” at 8 p.m. then an all new “Shark Tank” at 9 p.m. and a new “20/20” at 10 p.m. that will feature a story about a family that robs banks.

Over on CBS the night starts with a new episode of “Undercover Boss” at 8 p.m. This episode features the COO of Massage Heights having to overcome her aversion to touching other people when she goes undercover as a masseuse. At 9 p.m. “Hawaii Five-O” is back with a new episode then at 10 p.m. a new “Blue Bloods” features Danny and Baez working on a bombing case while Frank deals with a man who assaulted a cop.

NBC offers up a new “Dateline” at 8 p.m. as they look into a 1999 shooting death. “Dateline” is followed by an all-new 2-hour “Grimm” at 9 p.m. that sees the guys searching for a holiday villain and exploring the sewers of Portland.

The CW gives us a new “The Carrie Diaries” at 8 p.m. followed by a new “Nikita” at 9 p.m.

On other networks there is a nice selection of new shows as well including an NBA game featuring the Rockets at Warriors on ESPN at 8 p.m. and all new episodes of “Gold Rush” at 9 p.m. and “Bering Sea Gold” at 10 p.m. on Discovery Channel. The A&E network has new episode of “The First 48” at 10 p.m.

In late night, Dave Letterman has John Witherspoon while Carson Daly and Billy Ray Cyrus visit Jay Leno. Jimmy Fallon has Ralph Fiennes and Juliette Lewis. Jimmy Kimmel welcomes Benedict Cumberbatch.

As you can see, there is plenty to choose from on TV tonight so relax, unwind and enjoy or don’t forget to set your DVR.
