- Moon in Scorpio - Pulling energies from both Mars and Pluto, the sign of Scorpio has a fiery, strong, mysterious energy about it, as we travel through; though as we continue involving Ophiuchus to our zodiac, we can be fairly sure that this period would count as a shared sign period, as both occupy the space along this transit. Pluto would rule over Scorpio, while the Mars factor would radiate from Ophiuchus, the snake-bearer. From Scorpio, we can expect intuitive, internal thinking, whether this be to sort out deep solutions or decisions. Many people feel a draw to be more secretive during this time, and until 8:23 yesterday, when the moon ventured into Ophiuchus' realm, many people tended to keep to themselves. This does not change much today, unless the fire of their decision needs to be discussed. Today is an excellent day to work on divination, asking the divine for answers or signs, thinking about serious decisions, philosophical thinking, and psychological thinking. As part of the waning moon cycle, use this time to break harmful secrets or rumors, remove sexual blockages, and remove psychic blockages. Avoid surgery on sexual organs, excretory system, endocrine glands, large intestine, kidneys, and urinary tracts.
- Moon in Ophiuchus - This article observes Ophiuchus as having always attributed energies to the major zodiac sign of Scorpio; however, for the sake of this article, the traits will be touched upon. Until the moon reaches the actual foot of Ophiuchus, we strongly feel the traits of Scorpio and Pluto's influence alone. When the moon enters Ophiuchus, we are gifted with a bit of passion and drive sent by Mars. That, we believe, is what fuels our upset and sharp bite when we are disturbed from our internal musings. You will often find that Scorpio is listed as ruled by both Pluto and Mars, but this is due to not taking the extra energies into consideration. Power, assertion over others, strength, charm, and dominance are the words of Ophiuchus.
