"Castle" is on hiatus this week, and the Jan. 28 episode will be a repeat of October's "Murder, He Wrote". Episode 5x04 sees Castle and Beckett going on a little bit of a romantic getaway to The Hamptons but, naturally, they can't go anywhere without a murder getting in the way of their fun.
Castle and Beckett's plans for a romantic weekend in the Hamptons are interrupted when a dying man stumbles into Castle's backyard, collapsing into his pool. Unable to escape the lure of the investigation they join up with the small town's well-intentioned, but inexperienced sheriff to find the killer
Guest cast for "Murder, He Wrote" includes David Burke as Chief John Brady, J.R. Nutt as Casius McMurray, Shane Johnson as Deputy Adam Jones, Brian Howe as Aaron Lerner, and Tamara Braun as Natalia Roosevelt. The episode was written by David Grae and directed by Rob Bowman.
If you missed seeing this episode the first time around, be sure to tune in tonight. This "Hamptons Heat" tale is definitely not one to miss, and is the episode in which, during a hilarious interrogation scene, Detective Ryan becomes the first of the team to discover that Castle and Beckett are together.
