Tonight, KGNU's "A Classic Monday" show features ballet music and discussion


Chris Mohr's A Classic Monday, 8 - 10 pm
Tonight, Monday, February 15 from 8-10 pm, on KGNU (88.5 FM, 1390 AM or streamed live on the web at www.kgnu.org), Chris Mohr's A Classic Monday show will feature an hour of ballet music and discussions of how dance rhythms inform all of classical music. They will also talk about upcoming productions with the Colorado Ballet, Boulder Ballet and David Taylor Dance Theatre.
 
At 9:00 pm they will also play some ballet music from operas, and end the show with a couple excerpts from Mozart's The Magic Flute in anticipation of the upcoming Opera Theatre of the Rockies production.
