The Alachua County Environmental Protection Agency Committee (EPAC) will consider local implications of a "classified" geoengineering program secretly authorized by the US Government over 14 years ago.
Called, "Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering" (SAG) in government documents, the operation uses high flying jet tanker aircraft to disburse chemical trails that take on the deceptive appearance of what climatologists call "persistant contrails".
The implications to health and welfare were outlined in HR 2977, The Space Preservation Act of 2001. Author of the Bill, Rep., Dennis Kucinich popularized the term "Chemtrails" and refered to them as an "exotic weapon" in the text.
Despite the many theoretical considerations to national security and global warming, local investors in solar panels including GRU - are currently denied the operating efficiency of normal sunlight.
Alternative energy expert, Dane Wigington owns one of the largest residential solar power systems in Northern California and began to notice very high declines in his own solar power generation. It can be decreased by as much as 60 percent on what he calls “heavy spraying days”. Wigington said, “The trails are literally blocking the sun”.
In a request by this author, Wigington offered to share his data with GRU and Alachua County Environmental Protection officials on request.
The presentation will be made by supporters of the "Coalition Against Geoengineering"
Meeting Location: Alachua County Environmental Protection Advisory Committee (EPAC), 6 p.m., Environmental Protection Department, Suite 201, Conference Room A, 201 SE Second Avenue. (2nd floor of UNION STREET STATION)
Meeting is open to the Public - For more information send an email to: Harold.Saive@Gmail.com.

Thank you for running this article. Just a small correction. Rep. Kucinich did not "popularize the term chemtrails". More people have witnessed these trails than have even heard of his attempted legislation. Those of us who have been paying attention have been aware of, and have been talking about chemtrails for over 10 years.

I see chemtrails most days - but my gov`t tells me they do not exist. Guess my eyes are bad.
When the truth comes out, and it will Americans should run the bastards out of the country and take control of their underground bunkers.
@ Rain Bojangles: There is a distinction. Kucinich did not invent the term "Chemtrails", but he did more to popularize the term through immortality by inclusion in HR 2977. I'm aware of the history of the term but prefer to define "popularize" in a different way than you.
