Arm Toning
Fitness expert Deb Bohn says that you can tone up those arms with 10 minutes per day routines. Start out with 5 pound weights. Slowly lift your dumb bell while holding your arms by your side and elbows bent to lift from the waist up and down. Do this in sets of ten 3 times. You can bend the knees to include pelvic movements. One more way to lift is to hold the dumbbells to lift to shoulder height and down. Do this for 3 sets. To pump up the exercise increase the weight to 10 pounds (armtoning.com).
