He was on the stage in Iowa when it happened. While people helped him on stage, fans watched until after a few minutes they were asked to leave the show. At first on Sunday, nobody could get any answers to how he was doing. He was not listed as checked into the hospital at this time. This ended up being because he was not there as a patient and was doing fine.
He did overheat, but his rep is not returning phone calls on his condition either. TMZ is now reporting that he is doing well and will do his concert tonight so he must be feeling better. It is unknown why they would not return calls to update fans and press on his status.
