Crystal Dynamics spent the last year working to bring Tomb Raider from the last-gen consoles to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Executive Producer Scot Amos talked with Examiner in an exclusive interview about the benefits for the developer in bringing an existing game up to the next-gen consoles.
"Working on this project was a great way to become familiar with the new hardware, so it will absolutely serve us moving forward. We’re always pushing ourselves to get the most out of the hardware, so this was our first step in that process," Amos told Examiner.
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is due out Tuesday, Jan 28 for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
