Microsoft announced a new Limited Edition Xbox 360 Controller Thursday that takes inspiration from Lara Croft's climbing axe in the upcoming "Tomb Raider" reboot.
Fans of the new and younger Lara Croft may want to check out the Xbox 360 controller as it features a two-layer color finish with laser etchings to give the body of the gamepad a worn look that owners cannot only see but feel. As mentioned before, Lara's beat up climbing axe and tourniquets serve as inspiration.
Like all of Microsoft's Limited Edition controllers, the "Tomb Raider" controller also features the customizable D-pad that allows users to switch it between the standard disk design and the "plus" shape by twisting it.
The "Tomb Raider" controller will be released alongside the game when it launches for the Xbox 360 on March 5, 2013. The $59.99 package also includes a DLC code to download an exclusive playable character known as the Scavenger Archer.
