Tom Cruise puts his NYC condo on the market

If you or anyone you know is currently shopping for a new home, you may want to consider taking a look at Tom Cruise’s condo, listed at a reasonable $3 million.

In an article dated, Tuesday, Feb. 11, Radaronline.com reported that Tom has decided to sell his 2,200-square-foot apartment located in New York’s East Village.

The RealDeal revealed that The NYC hotspot was built in 1984, and it was at that time that Cruise purchased it. He had just received his first big break with ‘Risky Business,’ and he bought it to stay a while. Now, around 28 years later, it is time for the actor to put it on the market, and move on with life.

The two-bedroom condo features a priceless view, and a top-notch gym, which can be used as a third bedroom.

A source reported to the website that Cruise is hoping to avoid the paparazzi, and will be moving to a new spot that contains a garage.

As one might guess, this particular condo is not Cruise’s only property. The 50-year-old Top Gun star also owns home in Manhattan and Beverly Hills. Reportedly he is looking to relocate in the Westchester, New York, or Connecticut areas.

Will Tom get a buyer to pay $3 million or will it be ‘Mission Impossible?’
