Tom Petty and Dana Petty were honored last night at The Midnight Mission’s 11th annual Golden Heart Awards held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. The event was held in the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton and it attracted a star studded guest list including Tom Petty’s family, Debi Mazar, Shaun Toub, Mo Collins, Ashley Avis, Ed Begley Jr. and Tony Galla.

Tony Galla performed for the crowd while guests enjoyed speakers and an awards ceremony where Tom Petty and his wife Dana Petty were honored for their dedication to The Midnight Mission. Guests sat at tables of ten and enjoyed dinner while celebrating all of the philanthropists who have dedicated so much of their time and money to The Midnight Mission.
The Midnight Mission offers a bridge to self-sufficiency for individuals and families who are homeless. The non-profit provides counseling, education, training and job placement. The Midnight Mission also offers food, shelter, clothing, personal hygiene and medical care. There is also a 12-step program available.
