Tolumide to perform for good cause

Tolumide, an award winning Nigerian/Canadian singer/songwriter, will be performing at the Hampton Conference Center on May 17, 2014 to help raise money for the Enugu State Association domestic violence initiative. The show will be from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. and will include the Enugu State Women Cultural Dance. The door donation is $50 for couples and $30 for individuals.

Her soulful voice is calm and soothing as she sings ballads and love songs worthy of dedication to your significant other. Tolumide's song, 'My Love' was played repeatedly on MTV Base, Channel O (South Africa), Trace (Europe), and the Gospel Music Channel (USA). It also earned her a ‘Channel O’ Music Video Awards nomination in the Most Gifted R&B category.

There will be prizes and giveaways, free hand and back spa treatments by Chix Mobile Spa, authentic African cuisine, and an opportunity to win two round trip tickets to Nigeria courtesy of Arik Air. Join her and help raise money to fight domestic violence in Nigeria. DJ KC Soundclash will provide dance music for the rest of the night, after her performance.
