According to information on the Universal Music website, Tokio Hotel will be spending some time in Tokyo, the city from which the band partly gets its name. Japanese fans will be treated to a small showcase by Tokio Hotel. This will be Tokio Hotel’s first visit to Japan—truly a dream that the Tokio Hotel members have long had will finally come true.

Representatives from music magazines, newspapers, radio, music, TV and of course a whole lot of Tokio Hotel fans are expected to be there to see the band from Magdeburg perform live. The showcase takes place on December 15th, 2010 somewhere in Tokyo—more information will be announced soon. This showcase will follow up Tokio Hotel’s Latin American Tour in late November.
Updates: According to Tokio Hotel Australia, people must be invited to see the show; it is mainly open to industry professionals. More news to follow about this event as it is released.
