Recently, it was announced that German bands, Tokio Hotel and Rammstein were on the musical line up for the Rock Band 3 game. Each band will contribute a song; Tokio Hotel's "Humanoid" will provide some of the musical tone for the game as will Rammstein's "Du hast". Fans of the game and of Tokio Hotel and Rammstein will have a new dimension to the rock and roll experience (in addition to hearing the lyrics to their favorite bands's music in a game context); today, Console Digest is reporting that there will be localized websites for the Rock Band 3 game.

According to the report
“MTV Games and Harmonix Music Systems confirmed the launch of four websites catering to the European Rock Band fan base, in support of the coming release of Rock BandTM3. Rock Band 3 will be released 29 October in Europe and 28 October in Germany for Xbox 360 (MSRP £49.99), PlayStation 3 (MSRP £49.99), Nintendo Wii (MSRP /£39.99) and Nintendo DS (MSRP £24.99).”
What this means for fans is that they’ll be able to log on to the website for their country and participate in local forums and get caught up on local news and have access to links to the eCommerce store (ran by Mad Catz), where they can find software and accessories for the game. The country-specific sites will be unveiled in the UK (www.RockBand3.co.uk), Germany (www.RockBand3.de), France (www.RockBand3.fr) and the Nordic countries www.RockBand.se.
Game Awards
The game has received quite a few awards like “Best Rhythmic Game at Gamescon 2010 and will feature the music of Tokio Hotel, Rammstein, Roxette and other international acts.
For Tokio Hotel fans who play the game, it'll be another chance to hear the lyrics for "Humanoid" in yet another musical context. Should be an awesome experience for both gamers and music fans alike!
