Too much makeup, the tantrums, the sexy clothes, but there is something else now, and this one, well, it tops them all.

On the newest episode of the TLC show, six year old Alana Holler is given her "go-go juice" to get her all ready and pumped up for the pageants.

What is in her go-go juice? Mt. Dew and Red Bull.

Many of the pageant moms have been known to use pixie sticks, pure sugar to get the kids energy up. Alana's mom, chose something else.

Alana's mom June says," A lot of pageant moms and people know what the "special juice" is, everybody has their different concoctions, her go-go juice energizes her." as her daughter spins like a top around her.

Some parents slam the tactic that many call "doping up" your child, but June defends the drink she gives her 6 year old.

"A lot of moms say, Oh well, you are doping your child up, well, hey, no, I am not. I am not hurting her. We have tried the pixie sticks that people call "pageant crack", we went through 15 bags one pageant and it does not do anything for her."

After Alana drinks the juice though, she comes alive.

After gulping a bottle, the six year old says," I am ready to go."

June says she just drinks it for pageants and that whatever works for your child, then use that.

Alana sings to the camera, " My special juice is gonna help me win. I like to win money. A dollar makes me hollar, honey boo boo."

Inside Edition's Megan Shannon sat down with Alana and her mom and told them how Sara Gilbert on The Talk said that the authorities needed to step in.

Sara Gilbert said, "They are drinking pure sugar, pure caffeine. They are literally drugging their children. I would be calling child protective services."

She asked June how she felt about her saying the child should be taken away?

June responded,"Please, not just her, but my other two children, they are very well taken care of."

Pediatrician Cheryl Wu told Inside Edition, " I would tell the parent to stop immediately because it is not good for their child."

Bloggers and viewers are disturbed and shocked by the go-go juice.

TLC was asked for their thoughts on the go-go juice issue and they responded no comment.

You can catch Alana on Toddlers and Tiaras tomorrow night, Wednesday January 11, 2012 on TLC at 7/6 pm CST
