A two year old toddler was found wandering the streets in a small North Carolina town, and a passerby called the police. The child was only wearing a diaper and wandering around with a doll. After the police searched the local neighborhood for a few hours, they found the grandparents of the child, who told them that their daughter was supposed to be watching the baby. The mother was found in a local bar and she was charged with a misdemeanor for child neglect, as reported by CNN.
