A mother has sparked outrage online when she posted a video on YouTube of her toddler screaming hysterically while he was given a tattoo. The heinous event took place while the mother held the terrified toddler in order to restrain him.

In the video, which has gone viral, heavy techno music played in the background as the toddler squirmed and wiggled as he tried to get away from his mother. The mother keeps repeating the phrase, “mire” which is Spanish for look to the child.
The little boy looks to be about two or three years of age and reports state they believe the incident took place in Havana, Cuba. From almost the minute the video was uploaded, YouTube users have criticized the mother and voiced their not so nice opinions.
One upset user posted, “I’d love to hold her down and tattoo BAD MOTHER across her forehead and see how the f*** she likes it.”
