Todd Chrisley, his wife Julie and their five children are the stars of USA Network’s newest reality show “Chrisley Knows Best”. Court documents reveal that Chrisley has been sued by employees for sexual harassment.
The sexual harassment case filed against Todd Chrisley involved not only female employees, but also a male employee, according to a March 19 report from Radar Online. According to the court documents obtained by Radar Online, Todd Chrisley was sued by three former Chrisley Asset Management employees in 2010. The former employees, including one male, accused Todd Chrisley of commenting about his penis size, inappropriately touching employees and making sexual gestures towards his subordinates.
The lawsuit alleged that the "Chrisley Knows Best" star's behavior “heavily influenced” employees to participate in similar behaviors, including calling female employees “sluts” and prostitutes. Allegedly Chrisley asked one female employee if her breasts were real. The employee in question was a breast cancer survivor who had undergone a double mastectomy.
Employees say they were afraid to complain because they may lose their jobs. The lawsuit 2009 lawsuit was dismissed. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit against Chrisley alleged that he retaliated against them by firing them just before Christmas “in the midst of a recession.”
