On the "Today" show, they met with a millionaire who has decided that all he needs is a 420 square foot house even though he has a ton of money. On March 21, Today posted all about his decision to downgrade.
Graham Hill sold a big tech startup company for millions and is now rich. He had a mansion in Seattle and he had everything that anyone could ever want until he decided that he didn't need it anymore. Material things are not important.
He is still rich, but he has moved to New York City and lives in a 420 square foot apartment. He says that he has all that he needs in that little area. Graham says live is just simpler now and he doesn't have all of those things you don't need. He only owns six dress shirts.
