Today’s Colorado ski and snow report: this weekend

Just a few places picked up some lingering snowfall along the Continental Divide yesterday as we go into a lull until Friday with “breezy” and “blustery” conditions until the next round of snow arrives Friday night into Saturday morning.

As noted yesterday, look out for various road construction projects at the Twin Tunnels before you get to Idaho Springs, then at Georgetown for rock fall fence work. Details on when to avoid these areas, if you can, are at www.cotrip.org/roadWork.htm.

There it is, and here are the 24-hour and 48-hour snow totals from Colorado’s ski areas…
