If you live along the Front Range you know about the snow and the heartache it will create on the highways and byways in and out of Denver, Colorado Springs, and, to a lesser extent, Fort Collins.
The good news is that this storm is widespread, bringing snow to the majority of the state, and, more importantly… the mountains.
The question about this wave, which is the first of a consistent pattern setting up for the mountains until the end of the week, is how much at each area, but isn’t that always the question? That shall be answered below each morning, so check back for those totals.
Since this wave moved in from the southwest yesterday, the 24-hour totals below reflect that. There’s a chance for snow every day through Sunday night with the best chances for decent accumulations on Friday and Saturday nights.
