Today’s Colorado ski and snow report: Final tallies and a terrain update

Happy Super Bowl Sunday, which means you get a Snow Day at Copper if you have Copper’s Snow Day pass.

In other news, the snow, most of which ended up east of the Continental Divide, has officially ended, thus a recap of the three day totals below, plus who has what open. Despite the fact that most areas saw relatively little snow, and a few none at all, note that most of the resort are creeping every closer to the 100 percent open level.

A few have even made it to the 100 percent mark over the past week, like Aspen Highlands, Echo Mountain, Monarch, Purgatory and Sunlight, and others are tantalizingly close, like Beaver Creek, Crested Butte, Eldora, Steamboat and Vail.

The mountain forecast looks relatively dry this week, with a chance for a bit of snow here and there. Perhaps later in the week, the third blob forming to our west shown here will amount to something. The first two are not terribly promising.

Here’s the latest three-day snow report and terrain update from around Colorado…
