Today’s Colorado ski and snow report: Arapahoe Basin and Aspen Mountain

That’s right… two Colorado ski resorts are open for Memorial Day weekend: Arapahoe Basin and Aspen Mountain.

Check out the snow and terrain reports below for more about snow accumulations, if any, and what’s open this weekend.

Note that there’s still quite a lot open at A-Basin, including Montezuma Bowl, and the base snow depths at each ski area are not much different than they were heading into the heart of this past winter season.

The unsettled weather over Colorado could bring some overnight snows to both ski areas, though if there is any accumulation it will likely be in the 1-2” range. You never really know, however, because nature loves her little surprises.

Arapahoe Basin: 1”, 2” (3 lifts, 100% beginner terrain open, 100% intermediate, 66% advanced, 0% expert open, 71” base)

Aspen Mountain: 0”, 0” (2 lifts, 19 trails, 127 acres, 25% beginner/intermediate, 0% advanced/expert, 46” base)
