Today’s Colorado ski and snow report: another dose of snow

Though it’s not snowing at every mountain location this morning, there’s still a lot of it about, and more expected throughout the day today.

Back in the day it used to signal a big powder day, at least along the Continental Divide, if Loveland Pass closed. Now it could mean anything, but the pass is closed just the same this morning due to “adverse conditions,” and if you check the totals below you’ll see that it’s more like old times.

The top five locations for powder this morning are: Loveland, Ski Cooper, Vail, Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge. The top five with the most snow over the past three days are: Powderhorn, Vail, Steamboat, Winter Park and Breckenridge.

Colorado’s mountains should see more snow Sunday through Monday after a sunny Saturday. Following that, the next chance for snow is Wednesday. We’ll keep you updated as the storms progress.
