Loveland Pass is still closed this morning, which is the bad news. The good news, of course, is that it continues to snow where it counts, along the Continental Divide and up and over Loveland Pass.
It’s strange, to us anyway, how Loveland has received twice as much snow over the past four days though the two ski areas are separated by a few miles as the crow flies, but there it is.
The snow should taper off today and perhaps we’ll see another inch or two in tomorrow morning’s report. The rest of the week is expected to be sunny yet breezy, so you should still dress warmly if you’re headed up and don’t forget the sunscreen. In the meantime, here are the 24-, 48-, 72- and 96-hour totals, in that order….
Arapahoe Basin: 5”, 9”, 13”, 17”
Loveland: 9”, 19”, 28”, 34”
