It’s time for another ‘day’ – National Vodka Day! In celebration of one of the top spirit categories in the world, nearly every menu in Manhattan has a cocktail featuring vodka. Vodka is a distilled beverage made from an array of ingredients (grain, potato, fruit, etc.) and water. Dating back hundreds of years, vodka is a staple in bars around the world. Check out some top cocktails to enjoy in New York this National Vodka Day! Cheers!
Chelsea Blue by Evan Hawkins at Marquee
1.5 oz Grey Goose L’Orange
.5 oz of Strega Italian liqueur
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz agave nectar
½ cup fresh muddled blueberries
Muddle fresh blueberries in shaker tin then combine rest of ingredients. Add ice, then shake and double strain into a cocktail or coup glass (served up) garnish with blueberries and lemon peel on a skewer.

2 parts Grey Goose Original
½ part Noilly Prat Original French Dry Vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Fill a shaker with ice. Add Noilly Prat Original French Dry Vermouth. Stir to coat ice and strain out. Add Grey Goose Vodka and bitters, if desired. Stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Present with an olive or lemon twist.
