Since their Summer debut (read: Hello Cupcake says 'hello' to Barracks Row), the foot traffic at 8th & D Streets, SE has not slowed down and business continues to boom at Hello Cupcake. All is well in the boutique cupcake world.
If you've never been, today's a good day to check it out. From 1pm-3pm, they're dishing out free --yes free!-- cupcake samples, so you can "judge" The Next Hello Cupcake Star Challenge. The tasty competition includes Sweet Potato Poundcake with Burnt Brown Sugar and Banana Cake with Burnt Brown Sugar Icing.
