One week from today, Tocqueville (1 East 15th Street) and its neighbor and sister restaurant 15 East will host a sake pairing dinner to be reckoned with.

At this one-night only dinner beginning at 6:30pm on Wednesday, May 21st, Executive Chef/Restaurateur Marco A. Moreira, Chef de Cuisine Jason Lawless and Chef Masato Shimitzu will work in tandem to create a truly unique 10-course tasting menu; Master Sommelier, informally known as the "Sake Samurai," Roger Dagorn will match each morsel with a balanced and tasty sake.

The dinner is a lengthy one - planned to run nearly 5 1/2 hours - and, at $300 per ticket, will cost you a pretty penny, but it's set to be something special. Take a look at the menu below, and call 212-647-1515 to reserve your spot.
