Ask 3 questions to your potential clients before you answer their “how much does it cost question”. This way you will gather the best facts to present and justify their investment for your services.
State in 30 seconds or less what it is that you offer. Be sure to include why you have the passion to delivery those services for your clients.
Then state it in 7 words or less.
Then re-state it in 3 words.
The more you can develop prepared overviews, the quicker you can provide relevant information to your potential client as you interact with each of them and meet their needs.
