The con may have been over for Dean Devlin, but the Leverage executive producer made a big score on TNT with a pilot based on real-life bounty hunter MacKenzie Green -- with Oscar winner Geena Davis playing a bail bondswoman and bounty hunter, who has a unique way of getting her job done.
If picked up as a series, this will be Davis' first television role since ABC's acclaimed but short-lived Commander in Chief, in which she won a Golden Globe for playing the female President of the United States.
And, if you like Rizzoli & Isles, then you're going to love King & Maxwell, the newest crime-fighting duo set to premiere this summer on TNT.
Based on the popular series of books from author David Baldacci, the untitled series stars Jon Tenney (The Closer and Major Crimes) and Rebecca Romijn (X-Men) as Sean King and Michelle Maxwell, former Secret Service agents turned private investigators that has the right amount of sexual tension to become the new David & Maddie from Moonlighting.
Shane Brennan, who executive produces CBS' top-rated NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles (he created the latter), wrote the pilot and will executive produce the series, which was given a 10-episode pickup; Baldacci will serve as the show's consultant.
